The market lacked transparency in property valuation, slow deal closure timelines (30-60 days), and no mechanism for fractional ownership or democratized investment access. Traditional brokers needed AI-powered tools to accelerate deal discovery and close faster.
We built Hutfin, an end-to-end AI-powered CRE marketplace combining fractional real estate investing, blockchain tokenization, and DAO governance. The platform integrates advanced AI broker tools for intelligent property matching and automated prospecting, reducing deal discovery time from weeks to hours. React-based web and mobile apps (iOS/Android) provide seamless property browsing, tokenized fractional investment through DAO structures, and real-time negotiation dashboards. Smart contracts on Ethereum enable transparent governance, automated dividend distribution, and fractional liquidity—allowing investors to own premium properties with as little as $1,000 capital.

We implemented a dual-architecture system: a traditional marketplace for brokers and direct transactions alongside a tokenization engine for fractional ownership. Property listings feed an AI recommendation system trained on investment criteria, location data, and historical transaction patterns. Smart contracts enable DAO creation for each tokenized property, handling governance voting, yield distribution, and fractional trading. Real-time data analytics provide brokers with predictive insights on closing probability and optimal pricing. Multi-chain blockchain integration (Ethereum, Polygon) ensures scalability while maintaining transaction costs under 1%.
Hutfin successfully facilitated substantial commercial real estate transactions and democratized access to premium properties. The fractional ownership innovation enabled retail investors to participate in deals previously inaccessible to them. Brokers and investors both experienced significant time savings, with property discovery and closing timelines compressed dramatically.
