Schesti was envisioned as a unified construction management platform that brings all stakeholders—contractors, architects, clients, and inspectors—onto a single collaborative platform.
We engineered a comprehensive solution using TypeScript and Express.js on the backend with MongoDB for flexible document storage, deployed on AWS for scalability. The frontend client site was built with Next.js for optimal performance, while a separate React.js admin panel provided comprehensive project oversight. We created a dedicated Schesti Scheduler module in React.js for resource and timeline management, plus a React Native mobile app for on-site teams to access real-time project data, capture photos, and log progress updates from the field.

We implemented a microservices architecture with TypeScript ensuring type safety across all services. The system uses MongoDB for flexible schema management of diverse construction data—from blueprints to budget allocations. Real-time synchronization between the web platform, admin panel, scheduler, and mobile app enables seamless communication across all stakeholders. AWS deployment ensures reliability and automatic scaling during peak project cycles.
